Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be charged during check-in. 

Cancellation policy

We refund 100% of the deposit if you cancel in writing no later than 14 days before arrival date.

After 14 days :
.  If you cancel more than 2 days before arrival date, the deposit will not be refund,
.  If you cancel 2 days or less before arrival date, you owe the full price of your stay.
