How to Find Us

Hacienda Las Vainillas is located 3 km northeast of the village of Mastatal.
 

From San José, take Highway 27 and exit at Ciudad Colón. Drive through the town and continue towards Puriscal on Route 239 (excellent roads). In Puriscal, continue on the same road, Route 239, towards Parrita.
 

After the first 15 km, the road is no longer paved. Continue for another 16 km until you reach the junction with Route 318.
 

Turn left towards the village of Mastatal, 7 km away.
 

When you arrive in Mastatal, at the main junction, turn left and continue for 3 km. You will reach Hacienda Las Vainillas (the entrance will be on your right when coming from Mastatal).

From San José, allow a little under 3 hours to reach us.
 

Please note: A 4×4 vehicle is highly recommended to reach our Hacienda and is essential during the rainy season.
